Posole - Traditional mexican chicken soup with hominy in a new mexico red chile base served with tortillas and condiments on the side.


Second Course

Pescado ala Veracruzana - Fresh grilled fish of the day topped with a sauteed sauce of tomatoes, peppers, onions, capers and olives. Tina Marie ate 12 orders in 3 days while vacationing in beautiful Puerto Escondido!

Los Dos Moles - One of Javier's signature dishes. Two moles sauces -Mole poblano(mexican chocolate and chiles) and Mole Verde(pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds) served on top of grilled chicken breast or our wonderful veggie mix. We provide tortillas, rice and beans and you do the rest!
