What are the advertising rates for the print paper? What are the rates for online advertising?
Please call 813-739-4800 between the hours of 8:30 and 5:30 Monday to Friday. Ask to speak to Kristina; she can help you find a sales rep in your area to answer any questions you may have about display advertising. Please include your name, phone number,(cell, if applicable) Company you wish to advertise, Company Address, and any other important information and a sales rep will contact you at their earliest convenience.
Do you have a Media Kit we can look at?
Please call Kristina at 813-739-4815 (Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 5:30) to request our standard media kit for the Tampa and/or Sarasota area…or to be connected to a sales rep to discuss advertising rates in your area. Or e-mail her at kristina.woo@creativeloafing.com; include any pertinent information including your name, phone number, Business name, Business address, Business Phone number, and any other info you would like us to know. Your email will be answered as soon as possible.
How do I get a Eats/Spirits/Unwinds certificate?
Click on Eats, Spirits, Bites or Unwinds. Here you can choose from either Sarasota or Tampa restaurants/spas. Each restaurant has its address, restrictions to the specific certificates, and expiration date of the certificate listed next to its logo. Please click the order button below the said restrictions to continue your order of the chosen restaurant.
If you would like to order more than one, please enter the amount desired in the QTY box and click on update, to continue shopping, click on the said link below and follow the same procedures. Each certificate in the Eats program is worth $50 dollars BUT YOU WILL ONLY PAY $25 AS THE UNIT PRICE SPECIFIES; IF YOU ORDER TWO, YOU WILL RECEIVE TWO SEPARATE CERTIFICATES FOR $50 EACH.
Once you click check out, you will be asked for your information. Certified mail is HIGHLY SUGGESTED as with regular mail we CANNOT track nor replace your certificate if you do not receive it. Remember, someone must be at the supplied address in order to sign for certified mail—it will be attempted three times before it is returned to the post office, and then to our offices. Please allow five to seven days for delivery. CERTIFIED MAIL IS NOT QUICKER MAIL—IT IS JUST TRACKABLE!
We typically get our orders in within two days of receiving them, then drop them at the post office which usually takes another three to five days for delivery. If you do not receive your certificate AND SOMEONE HAS BEEN HOME TO SIGN FOR THEM, then you should call the eats hotline to inquire about your delivery at 1-866-871-7191
Can my Eats certificate expire?
Yes, please refer to Eats; the expiration date will be listed in the short paragraph to the right of each restaurant's logo. The expiration date is normally one year from the day they are posted on our website… however, there are exceptions, please read the print next to the restaurant certificate in question, as it will be listed before you hit the order button.
I ordered Eats certificates, how come I haven’t received them?
There could be many reasons as to why you have not received your certificates… They normally take a week or so to be delivered however, if you choose the certified mail option, someone must be at the address they are delivered to sign for them. The post office will try three times before it is returned to the office. Certified mail is suggested as we can track its path once it leaves our hands. If you chose regular mail, we cannot track it, therefore it is subject to any theft, disappearance, or any other questionable path that may happen to it. We cannot replace lost or stolen certificates if sent by regular mail. Please call the hotline (1-813-739-4800) if it has been over a week and the post office has never tried to deliver the certificate. It may have been returned to the office due toa wrong address, or the recipient could not be reached. Certified mail cannot be Forwarded or sent to a P.O. Box.
I called your telephone number for the Eats program and no one answers, where is everyone?
The eats program is a very popular program and all calls cannot be taken as they come in. We try our best to answer the phone as it rings however, if you do reach the voicemail, please leave a message stating your name, phone number, and the best time to reach you and we will return your message as soon as we receive it. Please remember we are not available on weekends, only Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5:30 so all calls during non business hours will be returned at our earliest convenience.
How many certificates can I use per visit to a Restaurant/Salon/Bar/Spa?
Visit Eats, Spirits, Bites or Unwinds. The logo should have its restrictions listed to its right… here you will see if only one certificate is accepted at a time. Often this is the case, however, there are exceptions, so please read the restrictions.
We bought food certificates but the restaurant has turned into a nightclub, and won’t take the certificates, what now?
Please call the hotline (1-813-739-4800) in order to follow up. We want all of our customers to be happy ones and will try to reconcile any problems we come across as best as we can.
