Cigar City Magazine commemorates the release of its July/August West Tampa issue with an exhibit featuring black-and-white images of historic West Tampa cigar factories by architectural photographer Todd McDonald. Guests who attend the West Tampa Center for the Arts opening reception are invited to roam the studios of WTCA's 25 artists and enjoy live music, appetizers and beverages. 7-10 p.m., on display through July 25, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Mon.-Fri., WTCA (in the former Santaella Cigar Factory), 1906 N.
