BeerFest 07 is a 21 and over festival. No one under 21 will be admitted, no children, no babies. BeerFest ticket includes entry into the festival, a souvenir sampling cup, access to beer sampling, interactive games, live music and more. A variety of food will be available for purchase. VIP BeerFest ticket includes entry into the festival, a souvenir sampling cup, access to beer sampling, interactive games, live music and more. Also, access to the VIP Beer Garden located in the courtyard of the Ybor City Museum which includes complimentary food, 2 complimentary beverages plus cash bar, live entertainment and more. By purchasing tickets you are stating that you are 21+ and will be expressly assuming the risk and legal liability and waiving and releasing all claims for injuries, damages or loss which you might sustain as a result of participation in any and all activities connected with and associated with this activity and hereby fully release and forever discharge Creative Loafing and Centennial Park/City of Tampa from any and all claims for injuries, damages or loss that you may have, or which may accrue to you and arising out of, connected withor in any way associated with this event/activity.
